Volleyball Game Preview: McHenry Warriors vs. Fremd Vikings

The McHenry Warriors will take on the Fremd Vikings in a tournament on Friday. McHenry is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

On Thursday, McHenry came up short against Prairie Ridge and fell 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-9.

Meanwhile, Fremd entered their contest against Barrington on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Vikings fell 2-0 to the Fillies/Broncos. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Vikings haven't been shut out since back in September.

Fremd was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-20.

McHenry's loss dropped their record down to 8-17. As for Fremd, the defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 19-6.
