Suzanna Cabe Game Report: vs Murphy

Suzanna Cabe made a splash, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and only one walk). She was up against Murphy and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them last Wednesday. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fourth in a row with one or fewer walks. For the year, Cabe has been strong no matter where she plays. On the mound, she has an ERA of 2.13 over 102 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat she has slashed 0.385/0.431/0.631 with 26 runs, plus 14 stolen bases.

Looking ahead, Cabe and Franklin will host North Henderson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cabe has dominated as far as strikeouts are concerned (she's averaged 7.4 per game this season), but she's got her work cut out for her considering the Knights have only allowed 3.5 per game this season.
