Basketball Game Preview: Sierra Stallions vs. Pueblo County Hornets

The Sierra Stallions just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Pueblo County Hornets at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Sierra is looking for their season's first win.

Sierra saw some tournament action on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 99-21 loss at the hands of Palisade.

Meanwhile, Pueblo County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 50-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of Fountain-Fort Carson.

Pueblo County's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Sierra, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Sierra opened the new year with a less-than-successful 46-37 loss to Pueblo County. Can Sierra avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
