Volleyball Recap: Lafayette Beats Dixie Heights for Their Third Straight Win

Lafayette extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Payton Watts. The Generals came out on top against the Dixie Heights Colonels by a score of 2-0 on Saturday with plenty of help from Watts, who had five digs and three aces. Watts is crushing it when it comes to aces: she's served at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Lafayette's victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Lafayette has the luxury of staying home for another game and will welcome Bourbon County at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Dixie Heights, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Simon Kenton at 5:00 p.m. on the 12th.
