Basketball Game Preview: Grant Generals vs. Cleveland Warriors

Grant and Cleveland are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. The Grant Generals will head out on the road to challenge the Cleveland Warriors at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Grant beat Lincoln 51-46. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Generals.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Cleveland, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They walked away with a 43-30 win over Roosevelt on Tuesday.

Grant is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. As for Cleveland, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Grant strolled past Cleveland when the teams last played back in January by a score of 47-32. The rematch might be a little tougher for Grant since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
