Agoura is 9-1 against Calabasas since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Chargers will head out to challenge the Coyotes at 3:30 p.m. Agoura's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Calabasas' hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Aly Chavez looked comfortable as she pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Agoura got a massive performance out of Mia Gomez, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Gomez is on a roll when it comes to RBI, as she's now brought in three or more in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Aurelia Ehry, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs.

Agoura always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .645. The last time their OBP was this high was back in April of 2024.

Meanwhile, Calabasas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 10-8 heartbreaker at the hands of Foothill Tech. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Coyotes have suffered since February 26th.

Agoura's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Calabasas, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-14.
