Softball Recap: Dartmouth Indians vs. Dighton-Rehoboth Regional Falcons

It was a good run, but Dartmouth unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They lost 12-1 to the Dighton-Rehoboth Regional Falcons. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest runs Dartmouth has scored all season.

For Dighton-Rehoboth Regional's part, Edy LaTour was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits (and only one walk). LaTour has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in five consecutive pitching appearances. LaTour was also big at the plate, going 3-for-3 with two doubles and an RBI.
