After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wynot, Wausa was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Walthill Blujays by a score of 2-0. The victory continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Blujays: they've now won three in a row.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Wausa was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-13.

Reagan Gillilan paced Wausa's offense, picking up four kills. Gillilan got some help from Kenley Anderson and her 16 assists. Isabelle Seagren controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Wausa's win bumped their record up to 10-15. As for Walthill, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-15.

Wausa didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Bloomfield on the 20th. As for Walthill, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Randolph on the 20th.
