Softball Recap: Bellingham Comes Up Short

Bellingham lost against Dedham back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Blackhawks fell 5-2 to the Marauders.

Lilly Proler made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one triple and one run.

Bellingham's defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Dedham, the victory got them back to even at 2-2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bellingham will challenge rival Millis at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Dedham is set to square off against their familiar foe Holliston at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
