Basketball Recap: Flanagan Falcons vs. Plantation Colonels
Flanagan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 60-53 to the Plantation Colonels. The Falcons lost against the Colonels in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 84-29 score last time.

Trevor Nolan had a dynamite game for Plantation, putting up 24 points and six boards. Those 24 points gave Nolan a new career-high. Jabari Washington was another key player, posting ten points and eight rebounds.
Flanagan's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Plantation, they moved to 8-12 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
