Football Recap: Peninsula Comes Up Short

Peninsula was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a hard 28-14 fall against the Santa Monica Vikings. Surprisingly, this marked the Panthers' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Despite the loss, Peninsula still got an impressive performance from Kamran Dowlatshahi, who rushed for 111 yards.

Peninsula's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Santa Monica, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.

Peninsula does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Santa Monica, they have already played their next contest, a 42-16 victory against Pasadena on the 7th.
