Baseball Recap: Loranger Takes a Loss

If Loranger was riding high fresh off their 15-2 takedown of Northlake Christian last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Loranger Wolves took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pope John Paul II Jaguars on Thursday. It was the first time this season that the Wolves let down their fans at home.

Loranger's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Pope John Paul II, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.

Loranger didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-1 loss against Slidell on the 7th. As for Pope John Paul II, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 9-3 defeat against Mandeville on the 6th.
