Basketball Recap: Northeast Takes a Loss

Northeast suffered their closest defeat since January 24th on Monday. They fell just short of the Southwest Eagles by a score of 57-55.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Southwest, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-5.

Northeast will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hollins at 6:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. As for Southwest, they will challenge TERRA Environmental at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
