The Lely Trojans will challenge the Palmetto Ridge Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lely is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.

Lely's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They blew past Naples 3-0. The victory was all the more spectacular given Lely's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 241st, while Naples are ranked 92nd).

Daniel Otero and Angel Otero scored all three of Lely's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, neither Palmetto Ridge nor Immokalee could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Palmetto Ridge's draw makes their record 2-4-4 this season. As for Lely, their win bumped their record up to 6-3-4.
