Meanwhile, Sacred Heart Academy put the finishing touches on their 12th blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 82-45 victory over Montabella. Sacred Heart Academy's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Carson City-Crystal's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-11. As for Sacred Heart Academy, their win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-1.
Carson City-Crystal took a serious blow against Sacred Heart Academy in their previous matchup back in January, falling 76-23. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Carson City-Crystal was down 54-13.
