Baseball Recap: Hatch Valley Takes a Loss

Hatch Valley lost against Santa Fe Indian on March 8th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Hatch Valley fell 5-1 to Santa Fe Indian. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hatch Valley saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was FRANKLIN WILLIAMS, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Hatch Valley's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Santa Fe Indian, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hatch Valley will challenge Tularosa at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hatch Valley's pitchers better be ready for this one: Tularosa has averaged an impressive 8 runs per game this season. As for Santa Fe Indian, they will take on Robertson at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
