Volleyball Recap: Granada Takes a Loss

Granada suffered their biggest loss since April 27, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Amador Valley Dons. The Matadors' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Amador Valley scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-22, 25-22.

Granada's defeat dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Amador Valley, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 15-5.

Coming up, Granada will challenge Dublin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Amador Valley, they will take on Las Lomas at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
