 Piner won against Healdsburg  last Wednesday with three  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Friday. The Piner Prospectors never let the Healdsburg Greyhounds onto the board and left with  a   3-0  victory. That's two games straight that Piner has won by  exactly three  runs.
 Piner saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Sokhayne Prak, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-4.
 The  win  made it two in a row for Piner and  bumps their season record up to 4-15. As for Healdsburg, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost four of their last five matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record  this season.
 Piner does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Healdsburg, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Montgomery at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Healdsburg is facing Montgomery at the right time seeing as Montgomery is stuck on  a  four-game losing streak.
