Soccer Recap: Los Angeles Now 5-1 over Last Six Games

It's playoff time, and Los Angeles had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Sherman Oaks CES Knights by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. The result kept the Romans happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 27th.

Wilmer Coc and Eliel Quiroz scored all three of Los Angeles' goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Los Angeles is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those six contests. Sherman Oaks CES' defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.

Los Angeles didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 0-0 loss against Franklin on the 25th. Sherman Oaks CES does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
