Basketball Recap: Henry Ford Academy Takes a Loss

Henry Ford Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against Arts & Tech, falling 84-34. While losing is never fun, the Navigators can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 660th, while Arts & Tech are ranked 48th).

Henry Ford Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Arts & Tech, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Henry Ford Academy will challenge Arts & Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Arts & Tech, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Bradford Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Arts & Tech knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine matches -- so hopefully Bradford Academy likes a good challenge.
