Leila Diebert Game Report: vs Wilson

While Tuesday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Leila Diebert. She wasn't messing around on Tuesday, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over four innings pitched. The pitching appearance was her seventh straight with two or fewer walks.

Diebert's strong effort led Charter Oak over Wilson and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
