On Tuesday, the New Hope Indians didn't have too much trouble with the Columbia Eagles as they won 72-58. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

New Hope is also on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 17 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points per game. As for Columbia, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-19.

New Hope and Columbia could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings. New Hope will square off against Plainview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday down 98 places (128 vs. 30). Similarly, Columbia (ranked 209th) will meet Mae Jemison (ranked 33rd) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
