Kearney Catholic had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They never let the Scottsbluff Bearcats get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. Kearney Catholic's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four matches.

Kaelin Key and Payton Dzingle scored both of Kearney Catholic's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Kearney Catholic pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for Scottsbluff, they moved to 5-8 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
