Ridgeview is 8-2 against Gate City since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wolfpack will welcome the Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Gate City will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Ridgeview extended their winning streak to three on Friday. The Wolfpack blew past Perry County Central, posting a 35-7 win. The Wolfpack's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Meanwhile, Gate City won against Lee back in October with 42 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Blue Devils blew past Central Wise 42-6. The Blue Devils haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Gate City's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Ridgeview, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1.

Everything came up roses for Ridgeview against Gate City when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 42-6 win. Will the Wolfpack repeat their success, or do the Blue Devils have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
