Le Grand has gone 9-0-1 against Mariposa County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Le Grand Bulldogs will take on the Mariposa County Grizzlies at 5:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

In Friday's Canine Competition, Le Grand had to take the L. They lost 4-0 to Denair on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs as the squad has yet to pick up a win this season.

Meanwhile, Mariposa County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Denair, falling 6-0.

Mariposa County's loss dropped their record down to 0-4-1. As for Le Grand, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1.

Le Grand took their win against Mariposa County when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 4-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Le Grand since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
