Soccer Recap: Oshkosh West Comes Up Short

The matchup between Oshkosh West and Germantown on Thursday hardly resembled the 1-1 effort from their previous meeting. The Wildcats came up short against the Warhawks, falling 7-3. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Oshkosh West were already down 3-0.

Oshkosh West's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-1. As for Germantown, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Oshkosh West will venture away from home to take on Homestead at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Germantown, they will square off against Hamilton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hamilton's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
