Basketball Game Preview: Mobile Christian Leopards vs. Bryant Hurricanes

The Mobile Christian Leopards and the Bryant Hurricanes will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Mobile Christian's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Bryant has been banged up by 16 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Mobile Christian will head into Saturday's matchup after some sweet revenge against Chickasaw: Mobile Christian lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Chickasaw, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of 6's contest. Everything went Mobile Christian's way against Chickasaw on Saturday as Mobile Christian made off with a 67-45 victory.

Mobile Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sema'J Law led the charge by going 7 of 11 on his way to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nicklaus Allen, who went 5 for 7 on his way to 15 points.

Meanwhile, Bryant was beaten by Cottage Hill Christian Academy 74-34 on Thursday.

The win got Mobile Christian back to even at 5-5. As for Bryant, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.

Mobile Christian skirted past Bryant 44-41 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Will Mobile Christian repeat their success, or does Bryant have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
