Football Recap: Clio Takes a Loss

Clio lost against Goodrich back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mustangs were beaten by the Martians 65-14. The matchup marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

D'Marion Erlenbeck threw for 42 yards on three of 12 attempts.

Jakoby Lagat went supernova For Goodrich., rushing for 321 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 16.9 yards per carry. Those 321 rushing yards gave Lagat a new career-high.

Having lost for the first time this season, Clio fell to 4-1. As for Goodrich, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
