Sabino extended their winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Chris Herndon. The Sabino Sabercats blew past the Andrada Polytechnic Mavericks 91-15 on Tuesday thanks to Herndon, who went 7-for-9 to rack up 14 points and three steals. Herndon is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Matt Hambacher was another key player, going 6-for-7 en route to 13 points. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 45.3% shooting accuracy.

Sabino pushed their record up to 18-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to offensive rebounds: they averaged an imposing 13.25 offensive boards in those games compared to only 13.25 in the others. As for Andrada Polytechnic, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-19.

Sabino wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 98-74 win against Thatcher on the 6th. As for Andrada Polytechnic, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 105-31 defeat against Palo Verde on the 6th.
