Temple Baptist extended their winning streak to three on Saturday, bumping them up to 3-2. They put the hurt on the Clayton-Bradley Academy Blazers with a sharp 46-24 win. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 30-10.

As for Clayton-Bradley Academy, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2. The game marked their lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Clayton-Bradley Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Mia Adkins, who posted 12 points in addition to eight rebounds and six blocks. She has been hot recently, having posted eight or more boards the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Bault, who put up ten points and eight rebounds.

Temple Baptist will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lake Lure Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m. on December 4. As for Clayton-Bradley Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Tennessee School for the Deaf at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Blazers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
