Suring had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Crivitz on Tuesday. The Eagles blew past the Wolverines 3-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won six matchups in a row.

Suring's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Crivitz, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 14-6.
