Kennesaw Mountain posted their closest win since August 23rd on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Villa Rica Wildcats 2-1. The victory continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won four in a row.

Kennesaw Mountain had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-22, 15-8.

Kennesaw Mountain's win bumped their record up to 6-20. As for Villa Rica, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-3.

Looking ahead, Kennesaw Mountain will head out to challenge Fellowship Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Villa Rica, they will take on Central in a tournament on Saturday.
