Volleyball Recap: Galloway Takes a Loss

Galloway kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 2-0 to The King's Academy Knights. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

Hailey Landrum was the offensive standout of the match as she had 11 digs.

The win made it two in a row for The King's Academy and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Galloway wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Mt. Bethel Christian Academy on the 12th. As for The King's Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against North Paulding on the 14th.
