Softball Recap: North East Comes Up Short

North East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 15-0 to the Northwestern Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 back in April.

North East's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Northwestern, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Coming up, North East will take on Mercyhurst Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Northwestern does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
