Volleyball Recap: Dugger Union Triumphs

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Saturday. Dugger Union came out on top against Evansville Bosse by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Dugger Union also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

While Dugger Union won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-15.

The win got Dugger Union back to even at 1-1. As for Evansville Bosse, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Dugger Union wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Cloverdale on the 23rd. Evansville Bosse has also already played their next contest (against Eminence), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
