Volleyball Recap: Scotlandville Comes Up Short

Scotlandville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the White Castle Bulldogs. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Scotlandville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for White Castle, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4-1.

Looking ahead, Scotlandville will head out to square off against Southern Lab at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for White Castle, they will be playing at home against North Iberville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
