Pine Tree now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Kilgore, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

The Pirates (ranked 291st) will meet Mabank (ranked 778th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Kilgore will challenge Henderson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (28 vs. 321).
