Early waltzed into their game on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They beat the Galena Bears by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 7-3. That's more bragging rights for Early, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Landen Burrow was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits over six innings pitched. Burrow was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and a double.
