Volleyball Recap: Carver Comes Up Short

Carver extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 13 on Thursday, dropping them down to 0-10. They lost 3-0 to the Columbus Blue Devils. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

As for Columbus, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 27-18 record this season. They not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 18th (when they won 3-0).

Jaslyn Watts had an outrageously good game as she had 11 aces and eight digs. Those 11 aces gave her a new career-high.

As of now, neither Carver nor Columbus have any future games scheduled.
