Pennsylvania high school football rankings: No. 2 Pine-Richland makes statement against No. 14 Upper St. Clair

Three Top 10 teams faced ranked opponents in the Keystone State as No. 2 Pine-Richland, No. 3 Peters Township and No. 9 La Salle were each tested.
Second-ranked Pine-Richland were again led by an incredible performance from senior quarterback
Cole Spencer (21 of 37, 271 yards, 3 touchdowns) in their convincing win over the Panthers.

Bedford was the biggest riser in this week's rankings, jumping up 28 spots after their 27-20 victory over previous No. 14
Richland (Johnstown) – who dropped out of the state's Top 25 rankings.
