Basketball Recap: Honaker Extends Home Winning Streak to 13

Honaker extended their home winning streak to 13 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Alayna McNulty. The Honaker Tigers blew past the Union Bears 60-40 on Monday thanks in part to McNulty, who went 7 for 9 on her way to 18 points in addition to eight boards and five steals. She has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last four times she's played.

Honaker now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Union, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Honaker will head out to face off against Johnson County at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Honaker's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Union, they will venture away from home to square off against John Battle at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
