Volleyball Recap: West Anchorage Takes a Loss

West Anchorage lost against Chugiak back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs.

West Anchorage has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-26-3 record this season. As for Chugiak, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 25-11-1.

Coming up, West Anchorage will face off against Eagle River at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chugiak, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Soldotna on the 25th.
