Baseball Recap: St. John's Takes a Loss

St. John lost against Wapakoneta back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bluejays lost 11-1 to the Redskins. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. John's now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Wapakoneta, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Coming up, St. John's will challenge Versailles at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bluejays' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 6.8 runs per game this season. As for Wapakoneta, they will be playing at home against Shawnee at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in the Redskins' favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while the Indians have been banged up by eight consecutive losses on the road.
