Soccer Recap: Springfield Takes a Loss

After soaring to four goals the game before, Springfield was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They came up short against the Station Camp Bison, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Springfield can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 187th, while Station Camp are ranked 32nd).

The loss snapped Springfield's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5-1 record. As for Station Camp, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-4-1 record this season.
