Recap: Jones County vs. Upson-Lee
The Jones County Greyhounds fell victim to the Upson-Lee Knights's stalwart defense on Thursday and couldn't make it onto the board. They were the victim of a rough 7-0 loss at the hands of the Knights. Kaden Berta was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.
Jones County now has a losing record at 1-2-1. As for Upson-Lee, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jones County will take on Georgia Military College at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Upson-Lee, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rutland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
