The timing is sure in Oceanside Collegiate Academy's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Battery Creek has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

If Oceanside Collegiate Academy beats Battery Creek with 49 points on Friday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. The Landsharks blew past North Charleston 49-6 on Friday. The Landsharks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Aiden Manavian, who threw for 272 yards and four TDs while completing 85.7% of his passes. What's more, he racked up 165.2 passer rating, the most he's had since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Zakhi Muncey, who rushed for 54 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Battery Creek didn't have quite enough to beat North Charleston last Friday and fell 16-13.
