Volleyball Game Preview: Ripon Christian Knights vs. River Valley Falcons

The Ripon Christian Knights will take on the River Valley Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Ripon Christian comes in on six and River Valley on ten.

Ripon Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They came out on top against Beyer by a score of 3-1.

The victory didn't come easy: Beyer scored at least 22 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 24-26, 25-23.

Meanwhile, River Valley posted their closest win since March 29th on Friday. They won by a set and slipped past Lathrop 3-2.

River Valley was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 15 points. The match finished with set scores of 0-28, 25-0, 25-0, 0-25, 15-0.

River Valley's victory was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 29-7. As for Ripon Christian, their win bumped their record up to 25-9.

Ripon Christian came up short against River Valley when the teams last played back in March, falling 2-0. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
