Palmyra strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Lower Dauphin Falcons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-5 on April 3rd.

Jonathan Strohecker spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on five hits and racked up six Ks. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Palmyra saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nate Osteen, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Palmyra pushed their record up to 16-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Lower Dauphin, their defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 11-4.
