King had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They managed a 59-53 victory over the Greenwich Country Day Tigers. The 59-point effort marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Jonovan Bracey continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 5 for 9 on his way to 16 points in addition to five boards and four blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Aj Trimboli, who posted 14 points.

King is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points per game. As for Greenwich Country Day, they moved to 1-1 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. King will take on Greens Farms Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Greenwich Country Day, they will face off against St. Luke's at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
