Baseball Recap: Sewanhaka Comes Up Short

Sewanhaka lost against Valley Stream Central last Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Sewanhaka lost 13-3 to Valley Stream Central. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ethan Tome was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Ben Donnelly, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI.

Sewanhaka's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. Valley Stream Central has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Sewanhaka does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valley Stream Central, they will face off against Great Neck North at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
